I believe I have something that may work for you. The Convert-A-Ball Pintle Hook Combo, # PH1 comes with 3 stainless steel balls. They also offer an Adjustable Pintle Mounting Bar, # AMPC2. You will want a pintle hitch or any ball mount on a vehicle at the appropriate height to tow the trailer level. To do this you will need to park the vehicle and trailer on level ground and take some measurements. I have included a link to an FAQ article that will help. I called a few of our pintle hook manufacturers as well as went out to our warehouse to measure some for you. Unfortunately, none of them will accept a 2" thick lunette ring. The majority of them are designed for a 1-3/4" thick ring like the Buyers Products 15 Ton Pintle Hook part # 337PH15.

I do have an option for you but I don't recommend replacing the hitch ball on your pintle hook and ball combo. The reason for this is because unless you replaced the hitch ball with an exact replica then you run the risk of the hook disengaging and losing the trailer which is an enormous safety hazard. I looked through our section of pintle hitch balls and none of them match the exact dimensions that you provided.
